The artists of The Coldwater and Area Studio Tour invite you to join us for an exciting weekend showcasing the imaginative and creative
works of many talented and inspired artists and artisans in our community. Come and explore our beautiful countryside for a unique family outing. You will discover many works of fine art, photography, woodcarving, wood turnings, pottery, weaving, quilts, handmade rugs, ironworks, baskets, masks, wallhangings and intriguing treasures beyond derscription. |
The tour encompasses thirteen stops and focuses on the work of thirty local
artists. The three maps (above) contain the locations where the the artists works
are displayed. Click on the link under the title for each map and then click
on the location button to link to the artists and a sampling of their work.

The tour is only in effect for one weekend but the artists' prolific work continues
unabated. Return to this site often to sample some of their more recent efforts.

The Coldwater and Huronia area is rich in creative, artistic people and many of them
and/or their associations have web sites of their own. We are compiling a list
of links in an effort to increase the exposure of the varied individuals and
groups that comprise the fabric of artistic life in this and surrounding areas. |
